Room cleanliness and helpful staff standout at this hotel. Albert, in particular, was essential in assisting with our luggage due to my husband's surgery and my own limitations. This summer holiday exceeded my expectations. My previous time in council bluffs was ok, but this stay was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds made for a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.

The hotel was conveniently located near Lake Manawa, perfect for my short getaway to relax and unwind. I really appreciated the breakfast options which were decent and offered a great variety. However, the pool area could use some improvements for better access, as there was no way for those who can't climb stairs to enjoy it. Overall, it was a decent stay but had room for enhancements.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Hearing Accessible. The bed was very comfortable. Staff member Albert helped us with our luggage, which was a great relief. Breakfast options were decent. A pleasant experience! 😊
